I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out delicious. It was a tiny bit soft but better that than hard. I had it with a spoonful of ketchup on the side, which was surprisingly good.5 stars

I decided against it since I wasn’t sure. I made the loaf mostly to the recipe except I either added about a tablespoon extra oats or a bit less broth, maybe both. It turned out firm and easy to cut into slices that stayed together. My carnivore husband & I loved it.5 stars
