Marscarpone cheese can be frozen — I divide my left-over unused cheese into portions, wrap each in plastic wrap and place into a zip bag and keep in the freezer.

I think shrimp could be a great topping for this creamy pasta dish along with fresh parsley for non vegans.

I stumbled across your page and I m so happy. I am a new vegetarian. Meat does not sit well with me lately since having stomach surgery and my dietician suggested a plant based diet I always loved veges better than meat however being type 1 diabetic too many carbs are a no-no. Your recipes seem easy enough for beginners like me

I made this tonight but used carba nada pasta which has 15 grams of protein.
