Well I really enjoyed this mash, the others in my family couldn’t eat it, apparently it was too gritty. I did explain its not potato so not likely to be the same but they are not huge buttery fans whereas even I found it slightly to oily. Probably my fault what with roasting in oil then adding a good amount of buttet. Still I’d make for me again. Thank you!

Cauliflower mash is so underrated. Try sprinkling some fresh Parmesan and grated garlic on it next time – that’s my favorite way to make it!
