Thanks Vivian, glad you liked them! :) I think panko is a little bit coarser, right? So you’d probably end up with something a bit different, but it would still be tasty :)

My fiance made baked potato wedges a few days ago but they were not very good, to be honest. They were literally soaking in oil and very soft, not crispy at all.
