Made this today for lunch. Was popular in my household. Tasted very good but I probably should have added a touch more salt and pepper. Used frozen edamame and didn’t have asparagus so used runner beans instead. Recipe is so flexible. Had with mashed potato and steamed veg (mangetout and babycorn), good combination. May add some chilli pepper next time to add some zip ! Thanks for the recipe.

I would like to make this as a vegetable main dish option for Christmas. Any ideas on how to prep ahead? Maybe make the filling in advance and chill and then just top with the pastry before baking ? Thank you for sharing this it looks amazing.
