I am amazed you are a vegetarian for 25 years. That is wonderful. I’m mostly a vegetarian but I
occasionally cheat and eat some organic chicken. Oh by the way, I often add garlic to your recipes. I’m a total fan of garlic. Sometimes I cut fresh garlic very thin and fry it in evoo. If there’s any left over, it’s good on salads, baked potato
or whatever.
