I want to make again with less garlic, felt that the cheese with garlic and fresh garlic made it too sweet. I think it also needs a protein. I will definitely make again but probably as a side dish.

This makes me want to rush out and buy some Boursin and some spinach (I already have the mushrooms)! My favourite Boursin is the black pepper kind, which is hard to get so I am frugal with it – I love it on toast at breakfast with an egg on top. But the garlic and herb variety is also delicious.
