Thanks for the Pimm’s recipe and the little story about it. I like to experience things as authentically as possible, so if you would, give us some advice on which brands of British “lemonade” typically used in a Pimm’s, is that something like Fentiman’s Victorian Sparkling Lemonade? Or something else?

its a great drink.if you want to pep it up try adding some rum, brandy or vanilla or lemon vodka for a change.

I adore Pimms, I use a dash of Robinsons ( another English thing) Crushed Lime and Mint cordial to the concoction and it is really good :)

My daughter and her beau (Brandon was born in England) are planning a coronation party. They are coming by me to pick up a few things this weekend and I plan on making a pitcher of Pimm’s Cups! Thanks for this recipe.

You can also make a Pimms royale. Exactly the same recipe but swap the lemonade for champagne. Just be careful …. It is very alcoholic
