Tasty even if you skip the slow cooker and use dried chickpeas, but just remember to cook them thoroughly or they’ll still be a bit hard, which is what happened to me. lol

Looks amazing! I am also a huge fan of using pre made curry pastes and I think it’s a super sensible way to cook a curry!
